SKINCARE

I recently shared my weekly summer skincare routine so y’all know my love for all things Drunk Elephant. If you’re hesitant to fully commit, now is a great time to try out The Littles Set. It includes 8 of their products in smaller form [think travel size] along with a waterproof zipper pouch to store them in. When I first hopped on the Drunk Elephant train, I started off with just 4 products: Protini Polypeptide Moisturizer, Virgin Marula Antioxidant Face Oil, C-Firma Vitamin C Day Serum and T.L.C. Framboos Glycolic Resurfacing Night Serum. For me, it was the perfect way to introduce the brand and get my skin acclimated to a new routine. These are 4 great products to start with!

I’ve been asked a few times what my top favorite Drunk Elephant products are and it’s such a tough question because I honestly love them all for different reason! But if I had to pick, I think my top 5 would be: Beste No. 9 Jelly Cleanser, C-Tango Multivitamin Eye Cream, Umbra Tinte Physical Daily Defense Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 30, T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial and Protini Polypeptide Moisturizer.

If you’re looking to go all in, here’s a quick breakdown of my go-to Drunk Elephant products. And yes, I know their products are on the pricier side but I promise they are entirely worth it…and what better time to buy than now!

During Sephora’s Spring Bonus Event I picked up the Laneige lip sleeping mask in vanilla and it is a game changer!! I use it a few times a week at night when I sleep and I can tell this will be my BFF during the dry, cold winter months.

MAKEUP

Now its time for makeup! I like to keep things super simple and natural looking when it comes to makeup. I don’t want to fuss with a million different products and I definitely don’t want to look like I have products caked and layered on my face. I’ve pretty much used the same products for a long time now and still love them just as much. I’ll be sharing more on my everyday makeup routine later this week on the blog so for now, here are my go-to makeup products that I get from Sephora:

MY WISHLIST

Last but certainly not least, my wishlist of items I’m looking to get during Sephora’s Beauty Insider Summer Bonus Event. It’s a short list this time and I’m just focusing on a few key things:

  • Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Moisturizer with Ceramides - with the cooler weather approaching, I like to have the option of a bit thicker of a moisturizer for night time. The formula for Lala Retro was recently updated to include ceramides so I’m excited to get this!

  • Lipsticks for fall - I’m not 100% sure on the specifics yet but I’m looking for some great everyday lip colors for the fall that are natural looking but still add a bit of color. I will most likely be checking out Tarte, Bare Minerals, Bite Beauty, Fresh, NARS and Charlotte Tillbury. Quite the list but I am SO indecisive when it comes to lip colors - anyone else?!
