Sweater weather is here to stay and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…fashion this time of year is my favorite. I love the layers, the coziness, the colors - all of it. Can you really have too many sweaters?? Not in my book!

My wardrobe needed a bit of a refresh this year and I hit the jackpot on some really great cozy + versatile finds. They’re great for every day wear, in the office, date night or for the upcoming holidays. So I’ve pulled together 5 sweaters I’m currently loving for fall that you should add to your closet.

MEADOW SPLIT BACK MIXED MEDIA SWEATER | the moment I tried this sweater on, I knew I had to get it! I love the built-in layered look and the detail of the split back. You can easily pair this with jeans and mules for a casual look, or dress it up a bit with black coated jeans and pumps. It’s an effortless and chic way to pull together a quick and cozy outfit.

PROLOGUE LONG SLEEVE PULLOVER SWEATER | another must-have as soon as I saw it hanging on the rack! This is part of Target’s new collection - Prologue - that features classic staples in a modern style. I love the fit of this sweater; it is great with jeans or a pencil skirt. I also love the mock neck + the texture in the sweater; it gives it that extra modern touch and flair.

UNIVERSAL THREAD LONG SLEEVE MOCK NECK PULLOVER | if I could wear this sweater every single day, I probably would - it is that cozy! I first fell in love with the color; it’s the most perfect copper color for the fall and holidays. I also love the fit of this sweater. It’s slightly over-sized but still gives your body a great shape. I’ve loved layering it with a striped long sleeve tee to add a pop to the look. The extra layer is also a win-win for those extra chilly days! This comes in 2 other colors: black [my mom has it in black and I’m jealous!] and a really pretty purple color that is in my cart as we speak!

UNIVERSAL THREAD DUSTER OPEN CARDIGAN | give me all the cardigans this season! This might be one of the softest I’ve ever owned; I wish it came in 298234938 colors! [it does come in a dark, forest green] For someone short like me, I can sometimes get swallowed up in a duster or look even shorter. This hits above the knee making it the perfect length. It has become such a closet staple of mine already this season. It’s so versatile to layer and pair with nearly anything in your closet. I’ve loved pairing it with a cozy flannel.

UNIVERSAL THREAD WAFFLE STITCH TURTLENECK | so I actually got an extremely similar style this sweater last year and I lived in it! The chunky fold-over neck and the waffle stitch make it super cozy for those extra cold days. You can even layer a cute long sleeve tee underneath for an extra pop [and warmth!]. I sized up in this for an over-sized look so I could wear it with leather leggings - the ultimate cozy fall outfit!
