One of my main goals in 2020 is to read more books. It has always been something I truly enjoy that I forget about, often being replaced by “Netflix and chill” or the endless social scroll. Since focusing on a sleep hygiene routine, I have found that reading before bed has made such a difference in my sleep! Not only does it give my eyes and mind a break from the ever-bright light from my phone screen, but it lets my mind wind down while getting lost in a good book.
